Who we are

Bodies was born from a simple idea:
The people around us shape the habits we build, the lives we create, and the people we become.

I’m Laura, or Loz. A fitness coach that’s part Parisian, part Sydneysider. Merging the best of both cultures to create something extremely special to me.

BODIES is a wellness social club built around movement, connection and sound. Our 3 core pillars: movement, connection and sound all rely on habit-building.

CREATING HABITS -

You are who you surround yourself with. To build a habit, surround yourself with people for whom that habit is already part of daily life.

Is change easy? I would not say so. But it makes it a hundred times easier knowing you’ve got people in your corner, cheering you up. After years of coaching across different countries, one thing became clear: people came for the workout, but stayed for the connection.

CORE PILLARS -

(1) Movement - changed my life and the life of many of my friends, family and clients. Everything is in motion - why wouldn’t you? (2) Connection - I personally moved to the other side of the world at only 18 and made all of my best friends through the gym, walking outside or at other fitness events. You are the people you surround yourself with and I live by this quote. My life is better because of the people in it. (3) Sound - slowing down and reconnecting to yourself brings you closer to your purpose which we tend to forget. Grown up musician, mixing different sound bathing techniques I have acquired throughout years, research and experiences, I trust sound is one of the best way to get closer to one self.
